I wish I could remember who helped me with my order, I think it was either Jan or Jessica. She was very nice and very helpful! This all started because I had received a gift card to spend at the dealership for ordering online. Well, that became challenging because Classic Motorsports was no longer dealing in Harley, your new store in Traverse City had just opened, and your store in Gaylord is 100 miles away. The person that helped me with my order understood my situation and took the time to find the right parts, use my gift card, and ship it to my home. I do want to say that I will glad when I can get my parts right from the Traverse City store because it is much closer for me, but at least I know I can get good help from your Gaylord store in the mean time.
