Zips is what every Harley Dealer should strive to be like. All the staff are friendly and helpful. You can tell they all care about Harleys and those that ride them. I recommend Zips to all of my friends without hesitation. Not just the main shop in Gaylord, Zips in Traverse City and Mackinaw City are great too.
