I called and ordered a stage one for my 2017 Road Glide and made an appointment to have it installed. The made sure I ordered the right parts and that the parts would be there in time for my service appointment. As much as I hate to say it I dropped the bike off dirty, they told me don't worry about it, they completed the work and washed and detailed my Road Glide. They packaged up the old parts in boxes to make them easier to store and handle. They treated me like family! I have and will recommend the service department at Zips.
